Walk the floor of FABTECH or IMTS, and you will see the same mistake in every aisle: a 70-inch 4K screen playing a generic, slow-moving corporate overview video that nobody watches. Companies spend thousands on booth space only to use their video screens as expensive wallpaper.

Your trade show video has one job: Stop the engineer walking down the aisle. To do that, you need to bring your factory floor to the expo center.

1. The 3-Second "Stop" Rule

In a crowded hall, you don't have time for a slow intro or a logo animation. You need visceral, mechanical action. This is why we focus on macro-cinematography.

We bring our cameras inside your machines. We film the drill bit making contact, the spark of the weld, or the precise movement of the actuator at 120 frames per second. When a potential buyer sees a 10-foot tall, slow-motion shot of a perfect cut, they stop. It appeals to their appreciation for precision. You cannot replicate this in a studio; you have to be on-site, in the oil and grease, to get the shot.

  1. The Virtual Plant Tour

You can't bring your entire assembly line to the trade show, but we can. Instead of a talking head, we create a POV (Point of View) tour of your facility. The Factory Floor video.

Using stabilized gimbals, we walk the path of the product, from raw material to shipping. This allows your sales team to say, "Let me show you how we handle that," and point to the screen. The video becomes a sales tool, not just background noise. Often times we will use the COO on camera walking us through the Factory Floor, mic'd up.

3. Audio for the Visual Eye

Trade show floors are deafening. Your video must work with zero audio.

We rely on motion graphics and bold, kinetic typography that overlays the video, highlighting specs like "0.005 Tolerance" or "2000 RPM." We don't rely on a voiceover to explain the value; we plaster the data right on top of the visual proof. This ensures your message lands even if the attendee is standing 20 feet away.

Don't let your trade show budget go to waste. Build a video asset that aggressively grabs attention and turns a passerby into a lead.
